Bishop Clifford L. Frazier was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his education at Ohio University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a minor in English in 1973 and earning a Masters of Theology from Tyndale Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX June 1992. He is presently working towards his Sac.Th.D., Doctor of Systematic Theology degree. In 1975, he began pursuing a career in the television industry working as on-air talent, producer-director and in production. Beginning working at WVIZ-TV Cleveland, he then worked with the NBC Network in engineering and subsequently with the 3M Company in its Public Relations Department and as an eight state regional salesman in the Video Products Department.
In March 1975 he married Pamela J. Parks, also a Cleveland native. After they received the call to the ministry, the Fraziers abandoned their professional careers and concentrated on God's work. Bishop Frazier was ordained in August 1980. In 1981, one year after moving to Dallas, Texas, they started Calvary Temple Church, later renamed Heartline Ministries Worship Center. In 1997, he accepted the invitation to pastor The City of Life Christian Church in St. Louis, MO, a thriving, multi-cultural church with an ever-expanding vision for bringing families together through a comprehensive approach including teaching and specialized counseling services.
Bishop and Co-Pastor Frazier are the authors of the 'Revelation Study Guide,' and founders of the Battle for the Family Organization that offers seminars they conduct around the country and overseas. The Organization offers Marriage in Crisis Interventions, Personal Crisis Interventions, an interactive website, inspirational blogs, and many other services. Bishop Frazier presented with his wife a daily half-hour live radio broadcast ministering to families and marriages and a weekly "Straight From The Heart" telecast on the DayStar Network with Joni and Marcus Lamb. Bishop Frazier and Co-Pastor Pamela, were featured on the Trinity Broadcast Network program "Praise The Lord" with guest hosts Bishop T.D. & Serita Jakes, The 700 Club on CBN and were featured on the TCT Network. Bishop Frazier was chosen as one of the top 40 voices of the Black Church presented on The Word Network.
Bishop Frazier, along with his wife Pamela Frazier, participate in the SmartMarriages Conferences annually where they received training and certification in a variety of therapeutic models including but not limited to Prepare/Enrich program, Family Wellness, Prep and Divorce Busters. These models address relationship needs in all aspects of family interaction. They partnered with the St. Louis Healthy Marriages Coalition and were certified in the Exploring Relationships for Fragile Families model.
Bishop Frazier also serves as a member of the executive board of the Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops, and on the board of Gospel Today Magazine. He served as the program director for the Male Advocacy Program (M.A.P.), a government funded organization that provided male sexual health education and services to the male population from ages 4 to 95. He participated in the 100 most influential pastors in America summit on HIV/AIDS in Washington D.C. He is the presiding prelate of The City of Life Christian Alliance serving a network of churches around the world.
Bishop Frazier, affectionately known as "The TechnoRev" is the founder and CEO of The Frazier Group, LLC., TechnoRev Travel, and TechnoRev Media Group, LLC., a video, audio and print media production firm that includes a state of the art Digital Post-Production Suite, that specializes in building and installing video production studios, computers systems and complete web-streaming and Internet TV network systems. With his expanded graphics, media and 3D-annimation capabilities TechnoRev Media Group provides high quality video production and print services to both the church and secular communities. TechnoRev Media Group also builds and installs video production studios and computer systems designed especially for Pastors and ministers.
Bishop Clifford L. Frazier and Co-Pastor Pamela Frazer have dedicated themselves a to helping families, healing broken homes and lives and encouraging singles that they are Single with Purpose. The Fraziers provide both teaching and individual counseling sessions, and they have seen the mighty hand of God repair broken homes and lives. In fact, many couples that were divorced were reunited and saved through their ministry.
Bishop Frazier maintains an extensive domestic speaking schedule and has traveled to fifty foreign countries most of them more than once. Their extensive travels covers foreign countries in Europe, Asia, The Middle East, Africa and Australia. A highly sought after conference speaker, Bishop Frazier has served the T.D. Jakes' Back to the Bible conferences, the Manpower, Praise Power, and Pentecost In Perspective Conferences, the New Life Ministries Conference in Harare Zimbabwe, the Influencers Conference of Australia and numerous other engagements. Bishop Frazier has worked as a writer for the T.D. Jakes Ministries and other authors. He is the author of the book "The Case of the Jealous Lover" Whitaker Publishers now in its third printing. Along with his wife, Pamela, he is a regular columnist for The Gospel Today Magazine and contribution author for Charisma and Life in the Spirit magazines. In 2005, Charisma Magazine, along with the Gospel Today Magazine, featured the Battle for the Family's Let's Get Married Program, a specialized program designed for cohabitating couples. Recently Bishop Frazier, along with his daughter Leah, co-authored The Walking In The Power Personal Study Journal, a devotional yearlong guide to spiritual growth.
Bishop Frazier is the father of two lovely daughters, Leah and Janelle and the proud grandfather of four beautiful children Khemberlyn, Nylah, Jayden and Landon.
